The map displayed above shows the current Timberlake Trails System (in green) that is open to all TRLA landowners and their guests. The trail up to Timberlake Point still needs quite a bit of work, so it is advised to exercise caution when and if you decide to proceed up to the top.
Timberlake Trails System - Future extension (hover over picture for description)
This is the proposed trail route (in red) from Elk Equestrian Easement Junction to the Culebra Equestrian Easement. This trail currently does not exist but has been walked by several members of the Trail committee and actual GPS data collected and displayed. This trail will be modified to allow further distance from landowner property lines and utility easements.

- Extraordinary viewpoint over the whole valley.
- Trail is entirely on HOA property.
- Scouted and buildable all the way to the top.
- Route shown was logged with GPS.
- 1.2 miles (each way) and 390 feet above trailhead.
- Top is flat so you can explore into the Nat'l Forest.
- Cliffs above make it essentially private.
- Trail does not connect outside Timberlake.
- Bottom half will be walkable soon (not fully built yet).
- Access to the top will be next summer.

Timberlake Point is the current trail being constructed by Greg Brooks and his volunteer trail crew. This will definitely be a must see once completed (completion scheduled for mid 2025.

Currently, the trail crew is planning additional routes along and through the Timberlake Common Areas. We will be reaching out to those landowners whose properties are along the trail system.
