TRLA HOA Dues - $300.00/yr

Landowners Resource Guide (FHI Information and links)

Fire Adapted New Mexico Learning Network

To all TRLA Landowners,

At our monthly landowners meeting on Saturday, June 20, a vote was taken to increase annual landowner dues from $230.00 to $350.00.

This vote occurred immediately after landowner input. After further consideration, however, the Board has voted to reduce the increase to $300.00, which was the amount initially presented.

We will also continue to review the budget annually and make adjustments as needed. Some strategic plan items, along with other expenses, may be reprioritized accordingly.

Thank you to all Board members who were open to reconsidering this change.

Thank you,

TRLA Board 2026

Landowners Resource Guide (FHI Information and links)

Fire Adapted New Mexico Learning Network

The Fire Adapted New Mexico Learning Network (FACNM) is about fostering fire adapted communities - communities that acknowledge and take responsibility for their wildfire risk, and take actions to protect residents, homes, neighborhoods, businesses, infrastructure, forests, and open spaces.

More important than answering the question "what can you do" to reduce wildfire risk, is "what can we do?" Our collective action, as residents of a fire adapted ecosystem, has the ability to have an outsized impact compared with what single actor can achieve. There is a lot of experience and knowledge in our formal and informal networks. Technology provides us a way to formalize those connections and make sharing resources and capacity easier
