The Timberlake Ranch Landowners Associations defense counsel as well as plaintiffs counsel will present their arguments for and against the Motion to Dismiss the current Case: D-133-CV-2025-00156. The hearing is set for June 18th, 2026 at 3:30pm and will be available via Google Meet. This will be facilitated by Cibola County Court systems and may have technical limits in place on number of attendees. Attendees WILL NOT be allowed to speak during the proceedings, only listen.
The TRLA Board is sharing the link below for those who are interested in listening only. There will be no testimony given, the only parties that will be speaking will be the TRLA defense counsel, as well as plaintiffs counsel.
