The captain of the Timberlake Fire Department in conjunction with PHI (Ambulance Helicopter Service) has requested that I post on the website that on Monday April 14th, 2025, at 9:30-10am, that the section of road we use as a landing zone between Buttonwood and Copperweed will be blocked for the PHI helicopter to land safely. The Timberlake Fire Department will be using all our apparatus to block traffic during the event. Only authorized fire department personnel will be allowed inside the landing zone while the aircraft is attempting landing or in takeoff status.
This will be a training class for the fire department and will also be open to the public once the helicopter has safely landed and has been shut down. The public will be encouraged to attend this event and ask questions they may have directly to the members of PHI helicopter services. PHI will have staff on hand to answer landowner questions.
The training class and landowner Q&A should last approximately an hour to hour and half provided they do not leave earlier to respond to emergency calls.
There are three (3) open board positions for which you may apply. The term for the positions runs from May 2025 to May 2028.
All interested candidates, please submit your reason for wanting to be a Board Member, your BIO and picture on or before April 15 th to Craig Johnson, trlasecretary@timberlakeranchnm.com.

We want to bring attention to a situation that could potentially impact landowners. It is public record that a litigation filing took place on December 19th, 2024, in the
Cibola County District Court House between Adam Pehrson (Plaintiff) and Timberlake Ranch Landowners Association (Defendant) and Board of Directors (Defendant). The Plaintiff’s Complaint: “Verified Complaint for Breach of Fiduciary Duties, Award for Attorney Fees, and Application for Injunction”. We would ask that you refrain from making judgements on anyone at this time until more facts are known.
