The legal memorandum from the TRLA attorney concerning the use of the equestrian easements, is now posted and available for all to read.
We would like to thank landowners for your patience and allowing us the time necessary to invest in proper due diligence with clarification in this matter.
The current TRLA Board is committed to transparency and to our fiduciary duty to each and every landowner.
Thank you,
TRLA Board 2025
As was announced in the March/April Landowners meeting, the FHI grant process was to be delayed until the fall.
I am now accepting bids from various licensed, insured and bonded, state wide and local contractors. Additional insurance will also be a requirement and will be verified prior to awarding the bid to any interested contractor.
Any local Timberlake contractors are encouraged to submit a bid as long as you meet the criteria mentioned above and are required to be members in good standing.
Interested contractors will ALL be required to submit the proper documentation during due diligence phase and will be verified.
I would like to also let everyone know that we are still under a burn ban and the Timberlake Volunteer Fire Department has graciously pledged to have apparatus on scene while the contractors are fulfilling the prescription set forth by the Forestry Service. They have strict guidelines/criteria regarding when chainsaws can and cannot be used.
Bid process is open from Sept 15, 2025 - October 15, 2025.

The Plaintiff’s Complaint: “Verified Complaint for Breach of Fiduciary Duties, Award for Attorney Fees, and Application for Injunction”.
