Perhaps every election season will bring its particular challenges. We are a growing community. Thus our Elections Committee has been striving each year to update and improve procedures, especially to take advantage of technology for both economy and landowner convenience, while maintaining secure and more transparent elections. We all know that change can be unsettling, it can take time to adjust to and to get right. Together, helps. The Elections Committee wants to express its deep appreciation of the sheer number as well as the sincere character of the volunteers who have come forward to support this process. Your participation is of immediate benefit, and an investment that will pay forward for all of us.
We also wish to thank the TRLA Board and the landowners for their participation, input, support and forbearance as we evolve together.
We consider TRLA very fortunate to have such dedicated individuals step up to help with this evolution, serve their community and get the job done with utmost integrity. Thank you each and every one for doing an outstanding job to get us here, ushering in another new Timberlake Ranch Landowners’ Association Board of Directors, for our community.
Sincerely, - 2025 TRLA Elections Committee

We want to bring attention to a situation that could potentially impact landowners. It is public record that a litigation filing took place on December 19th, 2024, in the
Cibola County District Court House between Adam Pehrson (Plaintiff) and Timberlake Ranch Landowners Association (Defendant) and Board of Directors (Defendant). The Plaintiff’s Complaint: “Verified Complaint for Breach of Fiduciary Duties, Award for Attorney Fees, and Application for Injunction”. We would ask that you refrain from making judgements on anyone at this time until more facts are known.
